The boost in frontiers was nerfed from previous games, it doesn't get you to top speed, only about half or just a little bit over and only works when you (the player) move sonic. In the response to that clip i saw the usual 'i want the spindash' and then the usual 'MUH DROPDASH.' I've seen a lot of people claim that the dropdash makes the spindash useless and that the boost makes the spindash useless, i might have agreed with the latter a couple months ago, but seeing how the boost works now i think the spindash can work too.įirst to cover the boost because that's easier.
